1 General Terms

These terms and conditions apply to the use of all services on the 89bd platform (https://89bd-app.cam). By accessing the site and creating an account, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

If you disagree with any term, please stop using 89bd's services. Continued use of the platform will be taken as your agreement to comply with the latest version of these terms.

2 Account Registration and Verification

When opening an account on 89bd, providing accurate and complete information is mandatory. 89bd reserves the right to suspend or cancel any account registered with incorrect or false information.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all of them will be cancelled.
• The name, mobile number, and payment details used for registration must belong to the same person.
• A valid mobile number is required for registration and is confirmed through OTP verification.

2.2 Identity Verification

89bd reserves the right to verify an account holder's identity before processing a withdrawal or for transactions above a certain amount. Withdrawal requests may not be processed until verification is complete.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify the 89bd support team immediately. 89bd will not be liable for any loss caused by third-party use of your account.

3 Age Requirement and Eligibility

All 89bd services are available only to persons aged 21 (twenty-one) years or older. By opening an account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age.

To protect minors, 89bd reserves the right to verify age. If it is found that an account holder is under 21 years of age, that account will be closed immediately and a decision will be made regarding the refund of any deposited funds. All users are required to follow the Responsible Gaming guidelines.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

Deposits on 89bd can currently be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla, BRAC, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods

The same methods are used for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

4.3 Transaction Conditions

• The account used for depositing and the account used for withdrawing must be in the same person's name.
• Transactions through third parties are prohibited. If such a transaction is detected, the account may be suspended.
• If an active bonus is in place, withdrawals may be restricted until the wagering requirement for that bonus has been met.
• Large withdrawal amounts may be held back if identity verification has not been completed.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

Bonuses and promotions on 89bd are offered subject to specific conditions. By accepting a bonus, you agree to comply with the associated terms.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a balance of ৳2,000; before withdrawing, bets of ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 must be placed.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus is not direct cash — winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
• While one bonus is active, another bonus cannot be used at the same time, unless the terms state otherwise.
• 89bd reserves the right to cancel any bonus if misuse of bonus terms is suspected.

5.3 VIP Cashback

Across three VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold — weekly cashback of up to 0.4%, 0.8%, and 1.2% respectively is available. Cashback is calculated based on the net loss for that week.

6 Gaming Rules and Policy

On 89bd, the outcome of all games is determined by an independent Random Number Generator (RNG), which is impartial and verifiable. There is no possibility of manipulating game results.

6.1 Technical Errors

If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error or disconnection during play, 89bd will attempt to refund the bet amount for that round or restart the game. However, winnings or results displayed due to a technical error may not be valid.

6.2 Live Casino Rules

In live dealer games (such as Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live), the dealer's decision is final. The studio's own rules also apply. In the event of any dispute, the game provider's rules and 89bd's decision will be considered final.

6.3 Sports Betting Rules

7 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on 89bd and, if detected, the account will be closed immediately:

• Using the platform for money laundering or unlawful financial transactions.
• Manipulating game outcomes or using software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Opening or verifying an account using fake or another person's identity documents.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Closure at User's Request

If you wish to close your account at any time, contact the 89bd support team. Any outstanding bonuses and balance will be settled before the request is processed.

8.2 Closure by 89bd

89bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice due to a breach of these terms, suspicious activity, or security concerns.

9 Limitation of Liability
